According to Electrek, Toyota's new electric vehicles are selling well, despite many automakers reporting fewer EV sales in the third quarter. Electrek also reports that BMW is launching a smaller, more affordable EV, which will be the most affordable Neue Klasse EV.
BMW and Volkswagen Models
InsideEVs reports that the entry-level electric car is part of BMW's turnaround plan. CarNewsChina states that the Volkswagen ID. Aura T6 mid-size electric SUV began deliveries in China with up to 660 km of range and a starting price of 19,375 USD.
Ford Fathom EV Pickup
Electrek reports that the Ford Fathom EV pickup production launch faces uncertainty, with Ford CEO Jim Farley admitting it will be a challenge to launch at scale, at cost, on time. This may affect the availability of the Ford Fathom for import into Egypt.
