Meet our Sales Representative
Meet us in HQ review final vehicle specification. Review estimated total landed cost and delivery timeline. Understand payment structure, ACID requirements, documentation, service fees, and financing options.

Close the Deal
Quotation → Agreement → Payment → Import file opened. The client officially enters the Motolinkers import journey.

Personal Documentation & ACID
Egyptian Personal ACID approval: up to 15 days. Expat Personal ACID approval: up to 5 days. Expat Personal ACID through Mobadra system: within 3 days. Client-facing status: Documents Required → Documents Submitted → ACID Processing → ACID Approved.

Vehicle Purchase
Supplier selection → Vehicle confirmation → Purchase → Supplier preparation. Client receives progress updates such as purchase confirmed, vehicle ordered, preparing, and ready for dispatch.

International Logistics
Supplier → Origin Transport → Export Procedures → Port → International Shipping → Egyptian Port → Customs. Client can track the vehicle through clear operational milestones.

Customs Clearance
Arrival → Documentation → Customs Clearance → Release. Motolinkers coordinates the required customs and clearance process.

Last Mile
Port/Customs → Transport → Delivery. Final delivery details are provided to the client. Final status: YOUR CAR IS READY.

After-Sales Support
Follow up with customers after vehicle delivery to collect feedback, ensure satisfaction, and provide support for any issues or inquiries.

Option 1. Personal Finance Import70% upon vehicle purchase. 20% upon logistics. 10% upon customs clearance.10%
Option 2. Semi-Financed ImportClient pays 10% initially. Motolinkers finances the remaining amount under the applicable arrangement. Client may pay installments through a bank, subject to bank approval and applicable terms.17%
Option 3. Completely Financed ImportClient pays a reasonable agreed deposit. Motolinkers finances the vehicle. Available only for selected brands and models.By arrangement
Financing conditions
Motolinkers evaluates resale/liquidity risk before approving the request.
A financing request may be declined if the selected vehicle creates unacceptable resale or cancellation risk.
